People Net Consulting Group was founded in 2022 with a simple idea: to bring individuals and companies the same level of Human Resources professionalism usually reserved for large corporations, with the closeness of a firm that knows every client by name.
Behind this project is Adrián Di Loreto, who holds a degree in Human Resources (Universidad Católica de Cuyo) and a diploma in Quality Management and Continuous Improvement (UTN). With over 15 years of experience in industries as diverse as retail, hospitality, manufacturing and global consulting, Adrián combines the strategic perspective of large organizations with the agility that an SME, or a person taking their next career step, needs.
Besides consulting, Adrián trains the next generation of HR professionals as a higher-education lecturer, teaching Group Dynamics, Labor Relations and Professional Practice I and II. That dual perspective, of someone who teaches and someone who does, is what sets People Net apart.
