- CV upload and job applications: name, email, phone, area of interest, LinkedIn profile (optional), message and your CV file.
- Newsletter: your email.

What we use it for
- To answer your enquiries and arrange a conversation if you ask for one.
- To assess your profile for current or future job openings we handle for our clients. We only share your CV with a client company as part of a specific recruitment process.
- To send you the material you downloaded and, if you subscribed, our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. We also record the IP address of each submission, only to prevent automated spam.
Where it is stored
Data is stored on servers of the technology providers we use to run the website: Supabase (database and files, with servers in São Paulo, Brazil) and Vercel (website hosting). These providers only process the data to provide their service and apply security measures. CVs are stored in a private space that only our team can access.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as it is needed for the purpose you gave it to us: answering your enquiry or considering you for recruitment processes. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, update or delete your data by writing to info@peoplenet.com.ar. We will reply within the terms set by Argentine Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection.
Data subjects may exercise their right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as set out in section 14(3) of Law 25,326. The Argentine Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública), as the supervisory authority under Law 25,326, handles complaints from anyone whose data protection rights have been affected.
